Our first stop was Portland. We stayed at Peters parents house for 2 days.
Susie got to play with McKay again, he tried to eat her.
We also saw my Grandma, Aunt, Cousin and brother Jeff.

When we got to my parents house the kids swam, a lot.
They got braver as the week went on and by the end they could swim with no help.

My sister came up with her 4 kids. She had twins in November.
We had a lot of fun with all of the babies.
Then my 2nd cousin and his wife brought their twins on the 4th of July.
It was a lot of fun.

We took the time to go to San Francisco to the California Academy of Sciences.
On the way there we had our first run in with carsickness.
By we I mean my sister, Anna was in her van.
The Museum was interesting but very crowded. It was hard to really see anything.

My Dad took us out on his boat. It was fun fun! I love just being out on the boat.
My mom was wonderful enough to stay home with all
3 babies so my sister and I could enjoy the time out.
Each of the kids took turns driving grandpas boat, they really
couldn't see where they were going but they loved it.
It was fun to see everyone ski,wake-board and knee-board.
I tried to ski, alas after 3 kids I have no muscle tone
and was unable to get up, maybe next year. Maybe.
Anna Knee boarded it was the cutest thing. I will put video up later.

The drive home was quit the adventure. I caravaned with my Sister and her husband. And we did the trip to Portland in 2 days.
Carter and Susie had colds so we went through a lot of tissues. On the 2nd day Carter wet himself and car seat.
And on the way back from Portland Anna threw up 3 times. So the van was pretty gross by the time we got home which is why Peter cleaned it so well.( It is cleaner now then when we got it.)
If you are Ever heading east on 84 be sure to stop at the rest stop right before The Dalles and see the really fat squirrels tha live ther. They come right up to you and take food out of your had. They are not shy.
All in all we had a great trip. But I am also very happy to be home, for a few weeks any way.

What a great time!
Sounds like a fun trip! (minus the pukes and Carter's accident...but at least your van is squeaky clean now ;)
I remember going water skiing with you guys one time in high school and I never could get up! Looks like you guys had a great time.
