Yesterday Andrea and I spent most of the day cooking. We decided to get together and make freezer meals. We ended up with 11 meals each. Between us we made 4 pizzas, 2 lasagnas, 2 manicotti, 4 meatballs, 4 meatloaves, 2 penne and sausage and 4 Taco soups. We were going to do enchiladas but didn't have time or energy for that matter, so I will be doing that today. So in all we should end up with 13 days worth of meals. And it really wasn't that bad to do it all in two days. We did all the shopping on Monday and cooking on Tuesday.
